A fee does not match your notice

Send us the lines of the fee notice (Gebührenbescheid) with their numbers, such as 221.1, 228.2 or 125, and the district, without your name or vehicle identification number. We compare each line with the fee schedule. If a difference is confirmed, we change the calculator and add the case to the tests, as our editorial policy describes.

An address is wrong

Addresses and phone numbers come from the Federal Motor Transport Authority’s directory, which the offices report themselves. If a branch has moved, we check the district’s own website and note the change until the next edition of the directory.

What we cannot do

We book no appointments, reserve no personalised numbers, take no applications and see no data from the vehicle register. Your registration office does all that; the finder shows its address.
